Welcome to SuperDatesMw, a dating platform for Malawians and Africans at home and in the diaspora. By creating an account, logging in with OTP, or using our website or app, you agree to these Terms.

1. ELIGIBILITY
   a) You must be 18 years or older.
   b) You must provide real information — real age, location, and a clear photo of yourself.
   c) One account per person.
   d) We may request ID verification (National ID, Passport, or video selfie) to confirm identity and age.
   
   2. ACCOUNT CREATION & OTP - SMS AND WHATSAPP
   a) You register and login using your mobile phone number. We verify your number by sending a One-Time-Pin (OTP) via SMS or WhatsApp. You can choose either method.
   b) Never share your OTP with anyone, including anyone claiming to be SuperDatesMw staff. We will never ask for your OTP.
   c) You are responsible for your SIM and phone. If you change your number, update it in Settings.
   d) Use of virtual numbers, fake OTP apps, or bulk account creation is prohibited and will result in permanent ban.
   
   3. USER CONDUCT
   You agree NOT to:
   a) Post nude, pornographic, or sexually explicit content.
   b) Harass, threaten, insult, blackmail, or use tribal or hate speech.
   c) Use the platform for prostitution, trafficking, fraud, or any illegal activity under Malawi law.
   d) Advertise other businesses, products, or dating sites.
   e) Use photos of other people, children, or celebrities.
   
   4. CONTENT
   You own your photos and bio, but you give SuperDatesMw permission to display them on the platform. We may remove any content that violates these Terms.
   
   5. PAYMENTS
   a) Basic browsing is free. Premium features include unlimited chat, see who liked you, video calls, profile boost, and Video Go Live streams.
   b) Payment methods supported: Airtel Money, TNM Mpamba, and Visa / Mastercard.
   c) Prices are displayed in Malawi Kwacha (MWK)
   d) Payments are non-refundable once premium access is activated.
   e) If payment fails, premium features will be paused.
   
   6. DIASPORA USERS
   Malawians abroad are welcome. You are subject to these same Terms. Extra verification may be required for accounts outside Malawi.
   
   7. SAFETY NOTICE
   We do not perform background checks on users. Always meet in a public place, do a video call before meeting, tell a friend or family where you are going, and never send money to someone you have not met in person. You meet at your own risk.
   
   8. PRIVACY
   Your phone number is private and never shown publicly. Only your chosen display name, age, city, and photos are public. Your data is encrypted and stored securely.
   
   9. TERMINATION
   We may suspend or permanently delete your account without notice if you violate these Terms, especially for money requests, underage use, or fake profiles. You can delete your own account anytime in Settings > Delete Account.
   
   10. LIABILITY & GOVERNING LAW
   SuperDatesMw is provided "as is". To the maximum extent allowed by law. These Terms are governed by the Laws of Malawi and disputes will be handled in the Courts of Lilongwe.
   
   11. CHANGES TO TERMS
   We may update these Terms at any time. We will notify you via SMS, WhatsApp, or email. Continued use after notification means you accept the updated Terms.
