SuperDatesMW - Child Safety Policy & Standards Against Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE)

At SuperDatesMW, child safety is our highest priority. We have zero tolerance for child sexual abuse, exploitation, or any content that sexualizes, grooms, or endangers minors.

1. ZERO TOLERANCE POLICY
SuperDatesMW strictly prohibits:
- Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM) in any form
- Grooming, sexualization, or exploitation of minors
- Romantic or sexual relationships between adults and minors
- Trafficking, employment of minors in sexual services
- Any content that depicts, encourages, or describes sexual abuse of children

2. AGE RESTRICTION - 18+ ONLY
- SuperDatesMW is strictly for users 18 years and older.
- We use age verification at registration (Date of Birth) and block any user under 18.
- Any account found to be under 18 is immediately terminated and reported.

3. DETECTION & MODERATION
- All profile photos and content are moderated
- Automated filters block keywords related to CSAE
- Human moderation team reviews flagged reports within 24 hours
- Users can Report profiles for child safety concerns directly in the app

4. REPORTING & ACTION
If you encounter any content that exploits or endangers a child:
- Use the in-app Report button on the profile
- Email our Child Safety Team: safety@superdatesmw.com
- We will immediately remove content, ban the offending account, and report  (National Center for Missing & Exploited Children) and local law enforcement in Malawi.

5. COMPLIANCE
We comply with Child Safety Policy and all applicable child safety laws.
